I’m a huge fan of motivational quotes and I find it can be a fun way to manage ADHD by getting inspired by others and seek to develop some of their inspirational qualities in myself.
The thing is, whenever my motivation lags, quotes help me recharge. Sometimes, when I am just having a day when the dopamine is working against me, I enjoy finding witty, funny, or inspiring quotes that remind me of what I’ve forgotten while drowning in doubts, fears, or overwhelm.
Even though I consider myself to be proficient at managing my mind, this motivational dip happens to me from time to time. I figure, I can’t be alone in this. There must be others on the ADHD continuum who do too.
That’s why I wanted to share a list of some of my favorite quotes that help me out of the funks I get myself into on occasion.
So, here’s a list of my 20 favorite motivation quotes all in one place. Enjoy!
