Hi, I am Kathryn. I am a trained and certified life and executive function coach with a specialty in ADHD. I am also a mom, entrepreneur, and a former high school and middle school educator of 15+ years. I support struggling adult women and college students by providing them with tools and strategies for academic, professional, and lifelong success.
I have always been passionate about making a difference in the lives of struggling learners. I have worked with students with diverse needs since 1998 as a science educator. I attended Fairfield University to obtain a MA in secondary education and Seton Hall University for a BS in Biology. I have also have multiple certifications, and extensive training in education, ADHD, and coaching.
As a mother of two daughters with ADHD, as well as accepting my own challenges with ADHD that were realized later in life, I have personally experienced as well as guided my own children to overcome many of the struggles that my clients encounter daily. When working with clients, it is my mission to empower them to achieve their personal, academic, and professional goals, and break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life.
Whether you are a college student that has learning differences, have been diagnosed with ADHD (or not!), or are a woman that is overwhelmed by a demanding workload and family life, let me help you learn and develop better ways to handle the issues that are standing in the way of your goals.
Get in touch with me today to see what I can do for you!
