Often for the first time, college students lack scheduled school or parent support and must plan and take the initiative to stay on track. Parents are faced with a dilemma as they wonder how to provide support without hindering their student’s independence and self-confidence. 

College bound & matriculated Students (17+)

  • Organizational challenges: Difficulty organizing class materials, may lose track of syllabi and assignment due-dates.

  • Behavior or emotional management challenges: Poor coping skills for stress, may not resist online or social distractions, has difficulty settling down to do work and persisting with challenging or tedious tasks.

  • Time management challenges: Work is left until the last minute, may be over scheduled and stressed, may not know how to maintain a work schedule.

  • Academic challenges: Lacks persistence in starting or completing assignments, may do poorly on tests due to ineffective study habits, lose credit for late assignments, not know how to take notes, and/or struggle to attend class frequently.

Frequently Asked Questions

How Long does it take to see results?

It depends on the work you put in, your goals, your drive, and the frequency of sessions. Clients - on average - take 8-12 sessions in 1:1 coaching before they report seeing desired results.

Do I have to use my 1:1 Bundle of Sessions within a month?

No! Feel free to use them at your own pace. 1 session per week is recommended, not required.

Do you take insurance?


No. Unfortunately, coaching is not covered under insurance. 

Can I use my HSA or FSA account to cover coaching costs? 


Clients have reported that using an invoice from MMA has allowed them to use or be reimbursed by their HSA or FSA given that they have an ADHD diagnosis. This is not guaranteed. Please check with your company ahead of time.
